Whan you book numbers of beds, it means number of persons and not numbers of single beds. Usually in each room there is 1 double bed. Other beds can be single. If you need to have only single beds, you need to comunicate about this. For any problem or special need you can always contact us. You will find a welcoming space, really comfortable and relaxing, where you can even enjoy, work or study in perfect peace. PLEASE NOTE B&B Dream has the right to make a pre-authorization on your card to verify if it's valid. If the B&B won't be able to make the pre-authorization of the first night on the credit card the booking will be cancelled and the deposit lost. OTHERS IMPORTANT NOTES: From the 24st of August 2011 an additional mandatory sity tax will be charged on check-in like extra of the booking ammount. The sity tax is not included in the price and can't be calcolate automaticly with booking programm. - Room air-conditioned is an extra service on request and it costs 10 euros per day. Free in common areas. - The minibar is charged on consumption, prices are in the supply room behind the door. - All services not mentioned in the booking room are considered extra breakfast and they are not included in the room price. - The shuttle service is on request (ask the rates at the reception). - All payments by credit cards are charged at 5% bank charge, that commission will be added at checkout in the price of your booking. - Check-in made after 23:00 must be always communicated by telephone to the hotel, and will be a surcharge of EUR 10.00 for each hour of delay beginning at 23:00. - Damage made in the hotel, not reported at check out, will be charged on your credit card, the damage will be estimated by us, a copy of the invoice will be sent to the customer with details by email. CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellations must be carried out 48 hours before the arrival date. In the event of a no-show OR a late cancellation the B&B Dream has the right to charge the first night’s accommodation. Check-in from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Check-out untill 10:30 a.m. If you leave your room during your stay we will charge all the remaining nights. Please, specificate the kind of accomodation what you need: double bed or single beds. If we don't recive any confirmation e-mail about this, it will be prepeared 1 double bed (for 2 pers.) for all kinds of rooms.

If your navigator GPS don't find our stree, so you must to write " Via dei Fagiani". Our street is between this "via dei Fagiani" and motorway.

Go straight for about 20 mts and turn right in Via delle Garzette (it's after Via Dei Fagiani). You will find our B&B there.. Attention, please. If you cange the bus, you don't need to buy 1 more ticket. From Mestre Railway Station you can take directly bus N 9 (there is 1 bus at 13 and 43 min.of every hour) and get off at the next bus stop of Dese after "DESE CENTRO" bus stop. Go straight for about 20 mts and turn right in Via delle Garzette (it's after Via Dei Fagiani). You will find our B&B there. TOURIST TRAVEL CARDS
The Travel Cards are the most economical solution for people who want to get around Venice and its surroundings on Actv’s land and water services. They allow unlimited travel and can be used on all the services - both waterborne (except those of Alilaguna, Clodia, Fusina) and on land - that provide urban services within the municipality ("Comune") of Venice (land services on Lido island and in Mestre). Validity can be 12, 24, 36 48 or 72 hours from stamping, depending on the chosen tariff solution.Can be purchased from the Hellovenezia ticket desks and the authorized resellers. They allow tourist coaches arriving at Venice main island to benefit from the ordinary "ZTL" (Limited Traffic Zone) tariff with ACTV public transport.
